FilmCatch Terms of Service

The short version: be at least 13, play fair, be decent to other collectors, and know that in-game items aren't real-world money. The details:
Accepting these terms
FilmCatch is operated by Myers Entertainment LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing FilmCatch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms as the game evolves; continuing to play after an update means you accept the changes.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter this agreement. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself.
Tickets, Gems & virtual items
Tickets, Gems, films, pins, and every other in-game item are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be transferred outside the game. We may change drop rates, pricing, balancing, or features at any time to keep the game fair and sustainable. Purchases are processed by the App Store; refunds follow Apple's policies. Deleting your account forfeits remaining virtual items.
Playing fair
No GPS spoofing, botting, exploiting bugs, or buying/selling accounts or items for real money. We may reverse trades, remove items, or suspend accounts involved in cheating or fraud.
Your content & conduct
You own what you post (names, photos, comments, trade messages) and give us permission to display it in the game. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior: no harassment, hate, sexual content, spam, or impersonation. You can report content and block players anywhere it appears; we review reports and remove content or accounts that break these rules — typically within 24 hours.
Playing safely
FilmCatch encourages real-world exploration. Stay aware of your surroundings, obey traffic laws, don't trespass, and never play while driving. You play at your own risk.
Movie data
Film titles, posters, and credits are supplied by TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Film content belongs to its respective rights holders.
The service
FilmCatch is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running but can't promise uninterrupted service, and we may modify or discontinue features (or the game) with reasonable notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are an agreement between you and Myers Entertainment LLC and are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
